The Educational Leadership Project (Ltd) is an independent professional development provider established in 2000.

We work with centres in Auckland, Waikato, Tauranga and Rotorua, give lectures in Auckland and Hamilton and run Inspiration Days and our Big Day Out Series nation wide. In addition we offer independent work tailored to suit the aspirations of different settings and organisations. We can provide flexible and adaptable programmes that are directly linked to individual centre’s and teacher’s context and situation.

At the core of our work is the development of a ‘centre research project’, determined by the staff in the centre. Throughout the project, centre staff are supported with their professional development through a combination of workshops, centre visits and networking.

As contract facilitators, we are frequently invited to run workshops, do guest lectures for students and present at conferences here and overseas. As well as contributing to our own professional development, these opportunities are a reflection of the reputation we have established in our field.
