I've added my product to the cart but cannot find the checkout to finalise my order

I am at the checkout but it is asking me to Log In or Register.  I have not registered and do not want to.

If you scroll down the page you will see the option 'Continue without an account'.  Simply click on this button to avoid registering an account with us.


I don't have a credit card - can I still purchase products/tickets from your website?

Yes, when selecting payment options you can choose to pay via Direct Credit.  Please be aware that we will only send products once the payment has processed so there may be delays.  We can not guarantee your enrolment until payment has cleared.  If you have not heard from us within 7 working days please contact us regarding your order on admin@elp.co.nz.  To avoid unnecessary delays please ensure that you use the order number as a reference when making payment.


My centre/association requires an invoice to authorise payment

Please choose the Direct Credit option and in the Special Instructions box state that you would like an invoice.  Again, please be aware that we will not ship products or guarantee enrolments into events until payment is received.


Do you ship overseas?

Yes.  Different shipping rates may apply.  If this is the case we will be in contact as soon as possible to confirm any extra payment required.


I have booked my place into an event but have not received tickets yet

We do not send physical tickets.  Your enrolment is confirmed via email once your enrolment has been processed.


I have ordered a booklet/folder but it has not arrived yet

We use NZ Post, so please allow 3 - 5 working days from the time you receive an email advising you the product has been posted.  If you have not received your product after 5 working days please contact admin@elp.co.nz.
