Thank you so much for those of you who joined Lynn for this practical day of engaging with the many aspects of Kaihautū: leadership and Te Whakaruruhau : governance. 

This was an intimate day for leaders in the Tauranga region. Some feedback from one of the attendees:

"Thank you so much for all of this it is a real treasure trove! I really appreciated Monday, it was lovely to take some time, to come away feeling inspired and also validated we are heading down the right path".

There is a lot to consider when thoughtfully implementing the regulatory requirements for an early childhood centre. Can we take a Te Whāriki view of the world and use that as a lens to look at everything we do - vision, strategic planning, annual/action plan, internal evaluation, teacher appraisal, assessment, planning and evaluation.
